BRISTOL ZOO ANNIVERSARY - TIMMY PAINTS KINGDOM GORILLA!Smiley Miley arrived with the life size gorilla in a horse box! It's called Kingdom and will be on show in Bristol's Clifton village from July 4th - end of September 2011
Or so I thought.....On Wednesday July 19th at 4am vandals set fire to Kingdom and he is ruined beyond repair....  The stark result of a vandal's match... Kingdom will rise again from the ashes.....wait and see....
Watch the video!  The horsebox arrives with a weird shaped shouded inside...!  It's a startling reveal!  It needs some strong blokes to move him!  Is it safe?  Yikes!  All aboard!  Kingdom takes a sniff of the paints...  Stop monkeying around!!  Black face and legs begin to emerge.!  A giant flag is tied around him for the template...!  and then it begins to take on colours...!  spectacular.  My mate Luc Floreani drops in to lend a hand.!  weird or what?!  The back end is stunning!  and now the flag is in place!
 How about some facepaint?  Kingdom's face is under way!  It needs some strong neighbours to move him!  The wrinkes are developing...  A little Timmy touch is needed!  The things he does for art!   Progressing nicely!!  face under way...!  the itsy bitsy name!  wristband on...  Outside for the first time!       Smiley Miley arrives to collect!  an unusal place to sit!  Now Timmy wants a go  Smiley going for unusual shots!  Give us a cuddle Kingdom!  and a kiss!  It's sad to see him go...!
Kingdom was in Mall gardens, Clifton village, Bristol Until September 2011. In the auction he was sold for £9500! There's more about Timmy's art exhibitions here.
